1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BLFX, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

What We Accept

We accept requests for exchange, repair, or store credit within 7 days of the date you receive your order (online) or date of purchase (pop-up market).

Please note: The original item must be successfully returned to us before any store credit is issued or a repair/exchange is processed.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

What We Don't Accept

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased during promotional events
  • Customised or personalised pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Our Resolution Options

We handle every case with care. Depending on the situation, we offer:

Defective or incorrect item received:

  • Exchange for the same item, or repair where possible

Pop-up market purchases:

  • Exchanges handled on-the-spot at the event only
  • No returns accepted after leaving the event

Sale Items

All sale and promotional items are final sale. No exchanges, returns, or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@blfx.sg within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Item(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photo(s) if item is defective or damaged

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Do not ship any items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.
