At BLFX, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days upon payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Local Delivery (Singapore)
All local deliveries are fulfilled via Singapore Post unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. BLFX is not responsible for delays caused by Singapore Post or other courier services once the parcel has been handed over.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! All international orders are shipped via International Air Mail with a tracking number provided.

Delivery timeframes are estimates (Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. BLFX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services in the destination country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. BLFX has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or reimburse them. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order if you are unsure of applicable charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status via the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 working days of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello@blfx.sg.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@blfx.sg with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reporting a parcel as lost, as delays can occasionally occur.
BLFX is not liable for parcels that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via standard postal services for both local and international orders. However, Next Day Delivery is not available to P.O. Box addresses.
Pop-Up Market Purchases
Items purchased at BLFX pop-up market events are for immediate collection only. Shipping is not available for pop-up purchases unless otherwise arranged with our team at the event.
